Orienteering
1 day to learn how to read a map and prepare an itinerary (paper map + GPS), in the classroom and in the field.
Safety
1 day devoted to avalanche victim search with DVA + 1st aid gesture and raising the alarm + building an igloo or makeshift shelter
Hiking
1 day of group hiking with itinerary and massif chosen according to level and conditions.
Beginner level - own ski equipment + DVA / shovel / probe (equipment can be hired from AS SPORTS MEYLAN )
