In 1979, the Cochet family farm became a GAEC. 30 years ago, the farm was awarded the organic label. Today, the GAEC du Thicaud is firmly committed to sustainable development.

Sales at the "Herbe et coquelicots" farm store in Herbeys: Wednesday, Friday 3pm-7.30pm and Saturday 9am-12.30pm and 3pm-7pm.
