Norbert Meunier has created a unique chocolate recipe: "Dauphi'choc". He has created it from cocoa beans from Madagascar, Ghana and Tanzania. It's a very cocoa-flavored chocolate with beautiful fruity and aromatic notes.
Dauphi'choc" undergoes several transformations before being consumed. First, the melting, then the tablage (lowering the temperature then raising it) to transform the molecules, and finally the molding and coating.
