Come and discover the rhythm of running in the Chartreuse nature park. Mid-altitude mountain pastures, forests and ridges are the perfect place to start running in the mountains at your own pace.

You'll be supervised by a sports educator, mountain leader and trail-running specialist.

Intensity: moderate - 10 to 15 kilometers and 700 to 1200 meters of ascent per day.

Technicality: easy, rolling trails most of the time, with one or two easy technical sections (ridges, scree, off-trail) during the outing.


Day 1

9 a.m.: Gateway welcome

Morning: Hiking at Charmant Som between forests, mountain pastures and ridges. Downhill and uphill techniques.

Afternoon: mountain running, adapting to the terrain.

Late afternoon: check-in at the hotel.

Evening: conference-debate on training and trail physiology.

Day 2 Hiking and running
9:30 am - 3 pm: long outing with picnic in the mountains.
- Muscular awakening
- Pole techniques
- Effort management.

End of course: 4pm
