After having worked and studied with some of French cuisine's best names, such as Bernard Loizeau in Saulieu or Patrick Henriroux in Vienne, chef Olivier Bichard works to make cooking its best in Grenoble. Through several constantly renewed menus, the chef spotlights local Dauphinois products. Royans ravioles, Chartreuse cream, murçon, and walnuts are on the menu for a cuisine that allies the chefs creativity with respect for the fundamentals of French cooking.
