Small lounge with its own kitchen in a modern building close du train station and easy connection with the road network and easy access to skiing areas Just between Minatec and Scientific Polygone and Grenoble Management School This flat has two levels on the 5th floor a T2 (lounge with its kitchen + 1 bedroom) on the 6th floor a T3 which is the owner's apartment During University year we welcome an American student who uses the bedroom on the 5th floor and and he has his breakfast and dinner with us on the 6th floor. Bathroom and toilet are shared with the American student Internet Wifi the 5th level ans also an Ethernet cable in each room, Complete laundry provided. Possibility of parking place if available Vue to mountains. Bedroom opening on a small patio with table and chairs to enjoy staying outside. Complete laundry provided Bathroom and Toilet for the 2 rooms During University time, when this room is not available because of American student, the lounge and it's private kitchen can be rented through AirBnB (for 1 ou 2 people), charing bathroom and toilet with an American student. Rates : rate for short stay 40 € per night and at least 3 nightsrate 24 € per night if 7 nights or morefor 1 or 2 guests
