The Chef : Erik Noto, born in Sicily, inherited a rich culinary heritage in a traditional family. His grand-mother gave him his passionate taste for gastronomy and Sicilian hospitality. He began his career in Grenoble, and went on working with prestigious Italian chefs in London, Nice, Sicily. Lo Zafferano is his first business on his own, a warm and friendly place in which he wishes to offer a renewed yet tradtional cuisine, accessible to all.
