🪓 Second qualifying round for the STIHL TIMBERSPORTS® French Championship

On this occasion, 15 athletes from all over France (Alsace, Bourgogne, Corrèze, Occitanie and Alpes) will compete in a series of spectacular events combining power, technique and precision.

Program :
Start of competition: 2:00 pm
End of competition: 6:00 pm
From 10:00 onwards, the public will be able to take part in the preparations: briefing of the athletes, drawing of lots for the woods, preparation of the equipment and testing of the impressive hot saw, already creating a lively and immersive atmosphere.

Competitors will have to complete the 6 official disciplines, in order:

1. Springboard (axe on springboard)
2. Stock Saw (standard chainsaw)
3. Standing Block
4. Single Buck
5. Underhand Chop
6. Hot Saw (competition chainsaw)

At the end of this round, only the top 6 competitors will earn a place in the final of the French championship, to be held on August 23 in Sainte-Croix-aux-Mines (Alsace).
