Ideally located on the road to Chamrousse, 7 minutes from the thermal baths and the Casino of Uriage les Bains, in the Belledonne massif, 15 minutes from Grenoble and the A41 dir. Chambéry, Lyon, Geneva, detached house on closed private land with terrace and garden, pétanque court, garden furniture and barbecue, arranged on 2 levels, with part of the garage available (10M2) for bicycles and/or a motorbike. On the ground floor, laundry room with washing machine and dryer, bathroom-wc, bedroom 1 (2 single beds). On the 1st floor, kitchen area open to the living-dining room with wood stove, terrace and balcony facing East and West, with view of the Vercors and Chartreuse mountains, Bedroom 2 (1 single bed), Bedroom 2. 3 (double bed), wc, shower room with balneotherapy. Dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker, fridge/freezer, oven and microwave/grill combination, 4 gas burners, extractor hood, kettle, toaster. Box wifi, flat tv, dvd. 15 minutes from Chamrousse and the GR738, downhill skiing and all snow activities, mountain biking and hiking, via ferrata. Uriage les Bains: fitness, hydrotherapy, Casino. Short stays possible on request outside holiday periods. Special rates Curists or long stays. First blaze offered then paid wood.
