Le Gingko is located on the right bank of the Isère River, in the historic Saint-Laurent district near the Casemates science museum. It is just opposite the gardens of the Grenoble Museum. On the right bank, there are a large number of restaurants, and crossing the bridge takes you to the Île Verte district with its many high-quality shops. Le Gingko is very close to the University Hospital Center and the medical and pharmacy faculties.

Rates:
€63.00/night (minimum 3 nights)
-12% per week: €388.00 instead of €441.00 (€55.44 per night)
- 37% per month: €1,190.00 instead of €1,890 (i.e., €39.66 per night for a 30-day month).
Cleaning/linen fee: €75
Rental payable in advance, in full for stays of up to 14 days, then a 40% deposit to be paid at the time of booking for rentals of more than 15 days.

Cancellation policy

- Stays of less than 30 days:
Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the arrival date is 14 days or more away. 50% refund of the amount paid for cancellations made at least 7 days before the arrival date. No refund for cancellations made within 7 days of the arrival date.

- Stays longer than 30 days
50% refund of the deposit if cancellation occurs at least 30 days prior to arrival.
If cancellation occurs within one month prior to arrival, the deposit will be retained.
