Die seit 2021 in Autrans ansässige Destillerie L'Entropie bietet Kräuterspirituosen an. David und Léa liegt es am Herzen, die Destillation, ihren Destillierapparat und die Verfahren zur Herstellung ihrer Getränke zu präsentieren.

The l'Entropie distillery is a mountain distillery, located as close as possible to the plants, offering spirits inspired by the Vercors region. In 2021, David and Léa swapped their engineering hats for the more creative role of distillers. They welcome you to their Autrans workshop-boutique, between the still and the aging vats, to visit, understand the distillation process and taste their products.
A visit and tasting session to revive the memories of amateur distillers!

Labelled organic, the spirits are produced from plants that can grow on the Vercors plateau, from the slopes of the Isère to the slopes of the Diois. David and Léa aim to work with the most local producers possible, to offer a taste experience in itself.
