At the foot of the Château built by the Duc de Lesdiguières in the early 17th century, start from the centenary statue (Marianne).
From Easter to All Saints' Day, you can take a walk through history along the René Coty ramp. It leads to the Connétable porch and the former Château du Roy and its ramparts, which offer a wide view over the town.
As you descend the slopes of the rock, you'll discover the Château de Paille district, the oldest part of the town, with its narrow streets and postern. Rue du Château du Roy leads to the cemetery and the listed Prieuré (Option).
On the way back, you'll pass the church of Sainte-Marie and its organ, the Town Hall, formerly owned by the descendants of the Dauphins, the Bar de la Paix and its Chavin meridienne.
Walk up Rue Général de Gaulle in the opposite direction to traffic, and you'll come back to Place du Château.
