Cosmocité is a place of culture & technology at the service of science, at the heart of the Grenoble Alpes region, with : an 80-seat planetarium, permanent immersive Earth & Space tours, an interactive 3D immersive room (the only one of its kind in France), a belvedere with a 360° view of the mountains for observation evenings, a temporary exhibition space covering captivating themes such as the history of planetariums, lunar missions and future space projects like Ariane 6, and a children's animation space where children can awaken their curiosity and taste for science.

Opening periods
Open year-round
Open Wednesdays from 1:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays from 10:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
During Zone A school breaks, open Tuesday through Sunday from 10:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
From July 6 to August 28, Cosmocité switches to summer hours: open Monday through Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Summer closure: from Saturday, August 1, through Monday, August 17, 2026, inclusive
Open to the general public in September only on weekends. Normal operations resume on September 29.
