In the business for 27 years, Alexis Busso realizes his dream of opening his own restaurant in 2012. Une Unexpected, it is therefore a gourmet passion that delights customers. . His motto: the fee. Raised at dawn twice a week, he goes to the MIN (National Interest Market) to choose seasonal fruits and vegetables.
