Since 1937, the JAIL family has opened its doors to lovers of traditional cuisine who are always looking for inventiveness. Behind his stoves, Chef Christophe JAIL prepares dishes drawn to the rhythm of the seasons. The house is also famous for the quality of its dessert cart: Snow eggs, lemon and basil tart, chocolate cake and candied oranges, chartreuse sabayon, homemade chartreuse ice cream, chocolate mousse ...
