Christophe Aribert, two Michelin stars and four Gault et Millau “toques”, is 46 years old, the descendant of a farmer and market gardener from the Isère region. His natural affinity with the region is matched by a heartfelt attachment to the mountains where he grew up. They have passed on to him his strength of conviction and commitment to the values that he embodies on a daily basis and that inspire his cuisine: the quest for symbiosis between man and nature.

It was to fully develop this approach, both personal and professional, that the Alpine chef chose to open 'his' home, La Maison Aribert, in the heart of the Uriage-les-Bains park.

In the heart of the Uriage-les-Bains park, with nature as his standard and the mountains as his guide, chef Christophe Aribert creates cuisine with style. Taste imposes itself with simplicity and obviousness in an infinite delicacy.

His touch... lies in the way he approaches produce with tact and respect, in the way he invents dishes that gently reveal themselves to the palate.
