Apartments include:
- Kitchenette with cupboards, dining table, ceramic hob, microwave and fridge; crockery and kitchen utensils INCLUDED
- Private bathroom with shower, basin, vanity unit and toilet
- Large living room with desk, bed and storage space
- Wired or fiber-optic internet connection with individual box
- Blanket, crockery and cleaning kit included.
This new living space is part of our collaborative residence concept. It becomes a space for exchange. To this end, we have added a range of services that are freely accessible to all tenants, including a fitness room, a communal terrace with a view of the Vercors, a coworking space, a botanical world, a 2-wheeler room and a laundry. We also organize events throughout the year to help all our tenants get along together and enjoy a unique and warm year.
As part of our commitment to a protected environment, our residence has been awarded the BBC (Batiment Basse Consommation) energy performance label.
