Founded in 1954 in Grenoble's historic Halles Sainte-Claire. Cathy Delcourt, Artisan Torréfacteur, took over the management of Torréfaction Dessertine in 1998, and roasts her green receipted coffees from 4 continents, on site.

Once in the store, you'll find advice, a warm welcome and a smile. The whole team will be delighted to help you make your choice according to your tastes and preferences, and your coffee can be served bean-to-bar or ground to suit your coffee maker.
Not equipped? Don't worry, you can choose between several coffee preparation methods: Italian-style with Bialetti, plunger-style with Bodum, espresso and grinder-style with De'Longhi, filter-style with Hario V60 and Chemex...

For infusion lovers, we offer teas from Dammann Frères, Kusmi Tea and Christine Dattner, which you can smell before making your choice.
Why not accompany your tea or coffee with some sweet treats? With Le Mont Chocolat, a chocolate factory in Villard-de-Lans, and Michel Cluizel, a French chocolatier, you can satisfy both young and old.
