Apnée Libre Esprit Libre offers a whole range of activities around freediving: pool and depth freediving training, spearfishing oriented training, a sports coaching program through the practice of freediving, well-being programs and stress management through freediving, snorkeling to discovering lake wildlife or even in seatrekking adventure mode.
