The studio is located in one of the city's most central and popular pedestrian streets: Rue Saint-Jacques. You'll be surrounded by shops, restaurants and cafés, ideal for enjoying the local entertainment.

Transportation:
To get to the studio, take tramway lines A or B and get off at the "Maison du Tourisme" stop. From there, it's a short walk to the apartment.

Accessibility:

The studio is located on the fifth floor without an elevator. It is therefore necessary to be in good physical condition to climb the stairs, and it is preferable not to have large suitcases to carry.
The studio is under the eaves, with high ceilings, especially in the living-room/bedroom area.
Description of the studio (12m² in Carrez law and 32m² on the ground):

Kitchen - Dining room: hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, as well as a table and two chairs for your meals.
Office area: ideal for working.
Living room - Bedroom: TV with Disney+, two armchairs and two single beds (80 x 200 cm).
Shower room
Separate WC
Wifi (fiber optics) for a fast and stable connection.
