Mr. Pernet realized a childhood dream to create a distillation workshop that revives an old tradition inherited from a complex skill that gives rise to alcoholic beverages such as booze , brandy and liqueur . The creativity of the distillation has no limit: apples, pears, plums, figs and even pineapple !
