Restaurant Dahu is first and foremost the brainchild of two long-time friends from Grenoble. Head chef Geoffrey Loyer, a graduate of some of Grenoble's finest restaurants, will concoct traditional Dauphinois dishes using fresh produce, while maître d'hôtel Clovis Charvet will serve wines to match the dishes.
