Vegan, organic and local cuisine. All our products are organically grown (or in conversion to support the transition). All our vegetables are grown within a 20 km radius of the restaurant. Our fruit comes from the Isère and Drôme regions (with the exception of Italian citrus fruits).
For the rest, priority is given to Isère, then Rhône-Alpes, then France, and as a last resort, Europe (less and less). The only non-European products are coffee, tea, spices and sugar.
Our wines are all organic or biodynamic, and we favor natural wines as much as possible.
All our beers are organic, from breweries in the Isère region or neighboring departments.
All our dishes are homemade, including the bread, which is made with long-fermented sourdough.
We also offer homemade living drinks, such as Kombucha, Kefir, or flower fizzes, depending on the season.
