Go for a bike ride

Grenoble was named French Cycling Capital 2022, following the publication of a survey of cycling cities. It's the ideal destination for exploring the region on two wheels. And what's more, it's the flattest town in France, so there's no reason not to visit it by bike!

Families, beginners or experienced cyclists can cycle along the 450 km de pistes cyclables paths criss-crossing the region which offer a multitude of outings to choose from.

Saddle up for a cultural discovery of Grenoble! Visit the historic city centre or cycle from one work of art to the next, following the route of the frescoes created during the Grenoble Alpes Street Art Fest !

Looking for a breath of fresh air? Try one of the 21 cycling loops around Grenoble.

You can find these routes in the Grenoble Alpes Tourist Offices or book a guided bike tour with a tour guide.
