Departing from Vizille, this route takes in the Romanche valley, the Col d'Ornon ascent, the descent via La Mure and finishes in Vizille.

Departing from Vizille, this route takes in the Romanche valley from the very first kilometers. The route then passes the Mémorial de l'Infernet before beginning the first ascent: the Col d'Ornon.

The route then descends to La Mure, where refreshments will be served at this historic Resistance site.

The route then returns to Vizille via La Motte-d'Aveillans, Monteynard and St-Georges-de-Commiers.

110 km / 1850 m D+ Start and finish in Vizille (Domaine Départemental)

Free departure between 7:30 and 8:30 am.

Refreshment points in Bourg-d'Oisans (open between 9am and 12pm), La Mure (open between 10:45am and 2:45pm) and at the finish (refreshment point closes at 5pm).
