Animation about nature by Chamrousse environment association

Winter 2023 programme:
• February, 13th: "Beauty and complexity of snow"
- 5pm: exhibition and educational games
- 5.30 pm: conference/debate
Snow, a magical material that still hides some of its mysteries, from its formation in the clouds to its evolution and transformations on the ground.
Carlo Maria Carmagnola, a researcher associated with the "Centre d'Études de la Neige de Météo-France" will present the characteristics and specificities of snow on ski slopes, the effects of grooming and artificial snow.

Meeting point/departure: Chamrousse 1750 - Roche Béranger, "Martinets" shuttle bus stop, near the reception of the "Villages du Bachat" (old "Domaines de l'Arselle") / Itinerary: flat, easy, one hour's walk maximum / Location of the activity: "Clairières" replat (located between Arselle and Achard)
Activity dependent on the weather. Registration required on 06 71 65 16 36, you will receive an e-mail or SMS 1 or 2 days before the date for the need or not of snowshoes or cancellation.
