Together we will enter nature.
We will take the time to observe, listen, touch, smell, feel...
Away from the noise and hustle and bustle, we will experience conscious walking, deep breathing, slowing down and (re)connecting. Little by little, we will become more aware of our senses, of what is happening around us and inside us. We will feel more available to taste the flavor of the present moment, more willing to feel gratitude, more inclined to welcome calm, well-being and deep joy.

The course of the session:
This gentle walk offered on a flat path is punctuated by several workshops intended to explore our senses. For 3 hours, we will slow down and slow down in time to savor what is happening within us and around us. We will reduce our stress. We will improve our relaxation, our inner calm as well as our mental and physical well-being.


Provide comfortable clothes that do not tighten the waist and a backpack containing a small blanket or bath sheet to sit and lie down, a water bottle, a snack, sunscreen, hat and a sweatshirt.
